The increase in the volume of the breast glands is often connected with the development of a distinctive fat cushion of the chest. This can be caused by a hormonal imbalance. The increase can be observed on both breasts or just on one of them. The chest can start resembling the shape of women's breasts.

How is the procedure carried out?

The main goal of this procedure is to remove the glands and to suck out excess fat tissue. Fat cells are sucked out and new fat does not build up. The one hour long procedure is carried out under general anesthesia. Small 3-4 mm incisions are made and the suction cannula is inserted. A special device is then used to suck out the fat. The gland will be removed using an incision that si made at the edge of the aerola.

How long does recovery take?

Following the procured, the patient will wear elastic sleeves and remains at the clinic until the second day when they are released into home care. During the first days following the surgery, patients should rest in bed. The stitches are self-absorbing and do not need to be removed. The elastic sleeves should be worn, depending on the doctor's recommendation, for a period of one to two months following surgery. Removal of excess fat tissue and the gland is permanent.

Price of the procedure from: 32 000 CZK
