we would like to inform you that starting August 21, 2018 change in the time sequence of confirming SMS and email when booking an appointment at Canadian Medical will take effect.
Previously, a confirmation by SMS was arriving immediately after the booking of appointment at CM and 3 days prior to the appointment date, an automatic confirmation by email was sent to the client.

As of August 21, 2018, these two notices on the date of the examination are being exchanged.
Once the appointment is made, the client receives an email confirmation immediately and 48 hours prior the appointment receives an informational SMS.

This change makes it easier for clients to find confirmation SMS in their phone. The 48-hour SMS notification also better reminds clients of the scheduled appointment and, in case of unexpected circumstances, allows them to cancel their appointment in time (24 hours before the scheduled appointment).
