Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that as of October 2nd, 2018, our headquarters - Canadian Medical Veleslavín - will be relocated to a new address on Evropská 859/115a, Prague 6. It will be located at the newly constructed AFI Vokovice building right by the Nádraží Veleslavín metro stop and only a couple minutes by walk from the current location. 

We are leaving the chateau premises which no longer meet our increasing expectations and level of standard of the medical care services that we have on offer.

At the modern AFI Vokovice building, we have prepared 24 new practices for you along with comfortable parking options directly in the building. This, as always, will all be accompanied by our friendly and welcoming staff members.

The existing branch will continue operation without any limitations until the move.
