Dear Client,

In the course of May 2021, we will introduce the new myCANADIAN client zone, in which you can find your complete historical and newly issued medical documentation, including issued ePrescriptions and an overview of your appointments. In addition to that, the new myCANADIAN client zone will also be available via the mobile application.

We would also like to inform you that the existing Canadian Medical client zone will be terminated in May 2021. The main reasons for this are increased security and technical requirements and the transition to a new information system and the modern myCANADIAN client zone. However, you will not lose your data. You will still be able to log in to the original client zone, though new documents will no longer be published in it. Furthermore, it will not be possible to execute payments for examinations in the client zone; however, you will be able to pay invoices directly at the reception of Canadian Medical clinics.
